They have been my vets for several years now. I couldn't be happier. My dogs love going there. When my older dog needed to be seen ASAP the day after Thanksgiving they had me bring him in before office hours. He was dying. Dr. Gilbert could not have been more kind or concerned. I wanted my baby put to sleep in the comfort of his own home and Dr. Gilbert was more than happy to accommodate me. However, we were delayed because my sons wanted to come home to say goodbye and a friend, who is a large animal vet, came over later to ease my Kaiser over the bridge. Dr. Gilbert's crew had saved me a chunk of Kaiser's fur and made me a paw print plaque. Dr. Gilbert also made a donation to MSU in Kaiser's memory. Sorry but those here who are saying nasty things here have ulterior motives. I have friends who have worked for Dr. Gilbert for years....
As our pet is part of our family, I recommend Richland Animal Hospital for anyone that is looking for excellent vet care. We have been seeing Dr. Gilbert for several years and our dog has been going there since we got him as a puppy.

Richland Animal Hospital has also been helpful in getting me right in if I have an emergency and need my dog to be seen by the vet. The only caution, is that sometimes I've noticed prices on the clinic side can be a little high. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, I highly recommend taking your dog here!
The doctors, technicians and front desk staff are fantastic. They are truly extraordinary people! You can tell that they have a true love for animals. I had to bring my dog in as an emergency last week and they got me in right away, made sure all of my concerns were addressed and have been phenominal with his follow up care.

I love Richland Animal Hospital. The staff here is caring and loving to my dogs. This begins at the front desk and goes all the way back to the techs and doctors. Thank you for being there! I only wish you were open a bit later in the evening for those of us who work.
I love Richland Animal Hospital. I use them most often with boarding and daycare. The entire team is fantastic, and helped my more shy dog feel comfortable when I am at work or away at business. Stacey, my main contact there, is amazing with animals. She is always very helpful, and she is passionate about what she does! Penny and Don are great too! Can't say enough great things about this crew!
