In other visits recently they have had the wrong details in the records for my two dogs, did not record changes in diet (why even ask and write it down then?) and behavior, and apparently can't tell sex (even when it's on the charts). They have double-charged me and sent bills for things I had paid in person. The management has gone downhill and I will be finding a new vet ASAP.

Used them for 2 of my cats in the past, and unfortunately had to use them to have my grandmas dog put down. We had a large group of my family that wanted to be there for my grandma when her dog was put down. The staff was very kind and accommodating of our large group. We were given a private room that was next to a side exit so we didn't have to walk back thru the front of the office after the procedure. The room was very comfortable. We were not rushed at all. The vet even sat with us and listened to stories and offered condolences. They offer a nice range of memorial products that you can get. Highly recommend them for any non human family members you may have.

I have gone to this animal hospital for 9 years. The last 1-2 years it has become very clear to me what is important to them now- $$. No compassion. They find strategic ways to overcharge you. The last visit I had was for an injury. They spent 5 minutes examining one location on my dog and then proceeded to charge me $60. A thorough examination of joints used during mobility should have been the least they did. The diagnosis was "swollen" and "he's in pain". I knew that ahead of time. If you're going to require vet exams prior to allowing the sale of pain meds, let's be a little more compassionate, thorough, and professional. I also called in ahead of time asking for assistance with things like opening doors, as I would be carrying my dog from the car to the waiting room. This did not happen- and there were no apologies or recognition of how inconsiderate this was.

Our cat has been going here for more than 12 years. All of the vets have given our Chico great care. The staff follows up with us after procedures, and everyone is caring and compassionate. These folks enjoy animals and appreciate how important they are to the human owners.
